You must provide us with original photographic identification in the form of a passport, together with proof of address in the form of a utility bill. These documents must be brought into the office in person for us to carry out the Right to Rent government legislation checks. Once we are in receipt of these documents, you will be required to complete an online form via our reference agency in order to take up the necessary checks. Once the references have been carried out, we will then pass on the information to the landlord so they can make an informed decision on granting a tenancy.
